We specialize in offering a REAL grind and align service for tires and trunnions. Our Grind and Align package goes beyond basic services to include an in-depth alignment process. We set the trunnions back on elevation and center lines and meticulously check the pitch to ensure no “soft foot” conditions exist from the bearing housings to the trunnion base. If necessary, we install shims to achieve proper face-to-face contact, reducing the risk of fatigue and failure in bearings, shafts, and thrust rollers.

What sets our grinders apart? They’ve been designed with size in mind—small size, that is! This allows us to access small and congested areas that are typically difficult to reach. We can even modify our units to grind virtually anywhere. The included photos demonstrate how we’ve inverted our machines to handle some crusher rollers. One of our customers was spending almost a week grinding by hand due to the tight space the rollers were in. With our specialized machines, we were able to complete the grinding process in just over five hours.
